Getting stared is easy! First and foremost I believe in meeting you at your site a touring your facility. At that time I will snap some pictures and gather some important information. Taking the newfound knowledge about your facility back to my office I will thoroughly research current trends in the market on comparable properties and layout an individualized marketing plan for your property. I will schedule a second meeting with you at your site, office or coffee shop (My treat) to go over my findings and your properties marketing plan.  Then, if agreed upon, I will start the process.  I will keep you posted with phone calls and e-mails as to the steps in the marketing process as well as follow up with any questions or comments after each showing. Together we can sell your property.
